The Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of both mother and baby during the critical prenatal period, providing care from a life-affirming perspective. This position
includes providing pregnancy testing and assessing each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual
needs. The Nurse provides education, support, and guidance to help patients make informed
decisions, and connects them with appropriate resources for ongoing care.

The Donor Relations Manager builds and strengthens AlphaCare’s connections with churches, supporters, and partner organizations. This position serves as a key ambassador to our external community by sharing the stories of God’s work in our ministry with wider audiences.

Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Daily duties include conversing, networking, public speaking, and writing on behalf of AlphaCare to people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. This role also provides oversight to an oncoming staff member to oversee volunteer coordination, material donations, and support of manager’s work as assigned.

The Engagement Coordinator’s builds meaningful relationships with individuals and groups, creating opportunities to connect with AlphaCare’s mission through volunteering, advocacy, and community engagement. Working closely with the Development team, this role cultivates future ambassadors and donors, supports fundraising initiatives, and contributes creative ideas to expand engagement. The coordinator also oversees hospitality at our volunteer hub, “Ki’m’s Corner”, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and visually engaging space that reflects AlphaCare’s mission.
